Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students and experienced professionals regarding our diverse range of Online/Distance Programs. Continually meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales. Effectively handle inquiries through various channels, including walk-ins, telephone calls, and online platforms, with a focus on converting leads into enrollments. Foster and maintain positive relationships with students and working professionals, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Maintain connections with the candidates through meetings, calls, and mailers. Maintain the database and records of the candidates. Following Pre and Post Sales procedures.
