Admission Process
To apply for the online programs at Andhra Online University, the candidate needs to follow the following process:

Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
- Candidate must pass a BCA / Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engg. or B.Sc. / B.Com. / BA in Mathematics from a valid and recognized university.
- Candidates must have mathematics as their subject in 10+2 qualification from a valid board of education.
Grades
Candidates must have at least 50% in their 12th standard exam and 5% relaxation for the SC/ST category.
Examination Pattern
Andhra Online University follows a structured evaluation process. Continuous evaluation and semester-end examinations assess student progress and learning. Continuous evaluation includes 30% of the overall assessment, and two assignments per subject must be taken by students through the Learning Management System (LMS), which consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to evaluate student learning.
The semester-end examinations include 70% of the total marks, including the MCQ form of questions. The university will provide the timings and dates for the examinations, and students must be prepared on the exact dates. Also, the assignments must be submitted before the start of the semester-end examinations. The university will also provide a user ID and password for the university and exam portal, and the results date will be notified within 30 days after the examination.
