Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility criteria to apply for Distance MBA at IGNOU:

• The candidate must have a graduation degree in any discipline or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• The candidate must have passed with 50% marks in graduation in the general category. And in the case of reserved-category candidates, 45% of passing marks is mandatory.
• Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretary graduates can also apply.

Examination Pattern

The examination pattern followed at IGNOU online for different types of courses is semester mode, i.e., exams are conducted by the university at an interval of 6 months. For online courses, exams are conducted through an Al-Proctored tool for an unbiased performance evaluation of students.
