Read these terms & conditions carefully as it contains important information
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the website www.collegesathi.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Platform”), you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with the Privacy Policy and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Your continued access to or use of the Website constitutes your unequivocal acceptance of these Terms as a binding agreement between you and CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd.
If you do not agree, in whole or in part, to these Terms, you must immediately cease and refrain from accessing or using the Website and its services.
2. Nature of Services
The Platform, operated by CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd., functions as an educational information and guidance intermediary that provides users with access to curated information, counselling support, and related resources concerning, inter alia:
- Online and offline colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Academic courses, programmes, certifications, and qualifications offered by such institutions.
- Admission procedures, eligibility criteria, application processes, and related requirements.
- Career counselling, educational advisory, and guidance services.
The services offered through the Platform are informational and facilitative in nature and are intended to assist users in making informed educational decisions.
Clarification and Disclaimer
For the avoidance of doubt, CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. is not a university, college, educational board, accreditation body, or degree-granting institution. The Platform does not conduct examinations, process or independently grant admissions, issue academic certificates, diplomas, or transcripts, nor confer any degrees or qualifications.
All decisions relating to admissions, eligibility, course structure, fees, accreditation status, examinations, academic progression, certification, and degree conferral are made exclusively by the respective educational institutions and are subject to their independent policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. shall not be construed as an agent, representative, or partner of any educational institution unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Eligibility
Access to and use of the Platform is permitted solely to individuals who:
(a) have attained the age of eighteen (18) years or are otherwise competent to contract under applicable law; or
(b) are minors accessing the Platform under the supervision of, and with the express consent of, a parent or lawful guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.
By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy the foregoing eligibility criteria and possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
Where a minor accesses the Platform, the parent or legal guardian shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and shall assume full responsibility and liability for the minor’s use of the Platform and compliance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or are found to have been misrepresented.
4. User Obligations and Responsibilities
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations:
4.1 Accuracy of Information

4.3 Prohibited Conduct
You shall not engage in any activity that:
(a) disrupts, disables, overburdens, or interferes with the proper functioning, security, or integrity of the Platform;
(b) copies, reproduces, modifies, distributes, transmits, displays, publishes, licenses, sells, commercially exploits, or otherwise uses any content, materials, data, or intellectual property available on the Platform without prior written authorisation from CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd.;
(c) attempts to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, user accounts, computer systems, servers, networks, or data connected with the Platform through hacking, password mining, or any other unlawful means;
(d) introduces viruses, malware, or any other technologically harmful material into the Platform; or
(e) engages in any conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
4.4 Responsibility for Use
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:
- All information submitted by you through the Platform; and
- All activities conducted under your account or through your use of the Platform.
CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the foregoing obligations.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and materials made available on or through the website www.collegesathi.com (the “Platform”), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, website design, layout, databases, software, source code, compilations, audio visual elements, and educational materials (collectively, the “Content”), are the exclusive property of CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. and/or its licensors and are protected under the applicable intellectual property laws of India, including but not limited to the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other relevant statutory and common law protections.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Content shall remain vested solely in CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. or its respective licensors. No right, license, or interest in any intellectual property is granted to users by virtue of access to or use of the Platform, whether expressly, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Except as expressly authorised in writing by CollegeSathi Pvt. (c) shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or reliance upon any Third-Party Services.
Your interaction with any Third-Party Service is undertaken entirely at your own risk and shall be governed by the respective terms and conditions and privacy policies of such third parties. Users are strongly advised to review the applicable contractual terms and data handling practices before engaging with or transacting through any Third-Party Service.
Nothing contained on the Platform shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, or endorsement relationship between CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. and any third party, unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
CollegeSathi Private Limited endeavors to ensure that the information and services made available on the Platform are accurate and updated; however, all content, materials, information, counselling services, and functionalities are provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of information available on the Platform;
- Any warranty regarding admission outcomes, eligibility determinations, scholarship awards, placements, internships, or employment opportunities;
- Any warranty concerning the continued availability, accreditation status, recognition, quality, or continuation of any academic program, course, institution, or facility;
- Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Platform.
All admissions, academic decisions, fee structures, eligibility determinations, scholarships, institutional policies, and related matters are made solely and exclusively by the respective universities, colleges, or institutions, and CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. shall have no authority or control over such decisions.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of revenue, loss of profits, reputational harm, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:
(a) your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform;
(b) any reliance placed on information, content, or guidance made available through the Platform;
(c) any decisions made by you based on counselling, recommendations, or informational resources provided; or
(d) any acts, omissions, or decisions of third-party institutions or service providers.
In all circumstances, the use of the Platform is undertaken at your sole risk and discretion.
8. Payment and Refund Policy
At present, CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. does not levy or collect any fees for counselling, advisory, or educational guidance services offered through the Platform, unless expressly specified otherwise on the Website or pursuant to a separate written agreement.
In the event that any paid services, premium features, subscription models, or fee-based offerings are introduced in the future, the applicable pricing structure, payment terms, refund conditions, cancellation policies, and related terms shall be clearly published on the Platform or communicated through a separate agreement. Such terms shall be deemed to form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and shall be binding upon users who elect to avail such paid services.
CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, introduce, revise, or discontinue any fees or payment structures at its sole discretion, subject to prior notification where required under applicable law.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating any obligation upon CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. to provide services free of charge indefinitely.
9. Privacy Policy
The collection, processing, storage, disclosure, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral and binding part of these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing or using the Platform and its services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with the terms set forth therein and applicable law.
If you do not agree with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
10. Termination of Services
CollegeSathi Private Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law, to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user’s access to the Platform, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice, in the event that:
(a) the user is found to have violated, breached, or acted inconsistently with these Terms and Conditions; or
(b) any fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise improper activity is suspected or detected in connection with the user’s account or use of the Platform.
CollegeSathi Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such suspension or termination. The right to suspend or terminate access shall be in addition to any other legal remedies available to the Company under applicable law.
11. Modification of Terms
CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Such modifications shall become effective upon being published on the Platform, unless otherwise specified.
It shall be your responsibility to periodically review the Terms for any updates or changes. Continued access to or use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms shall constitute your deemed acceptance of such modifications and your agreement to be bound by the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be to discontinue use of the Platform.
Nothing herein shall limit the right of CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. to make changes required to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or operational needs.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, claim, or difference arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their interpretation, validity, performance, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated within the territorial jurisdiction where CollegeSathi Pvt. Ltd. is registered and carries on its principal place of business.
The parties hereby expressly submit to and accept the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or forum on the grounds of inconvenience or otherwise.
