The Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence is a multidisciplinary, student-centric research university established in 2011 by Shiv Nadar, one of India’s foremost philanthropists and a pioneer of the technological revolution. It has four schools, viz., engineering, natural sciences, humanities and social sciences, management & entrepreneurship, and the Academy of Continuing Education. We were the first university in the country to offer a 4-year multidisciplinary research degree. Today, we are continuing as trailblazers with new kinds of curriculum, championed by faculty drawn from some of the top institutions in the country and the world.With low faculty-student ratios, their in-depth attention to students leads to high levels of student success.
At Shiv Nadar, academic research is the fundamental building block of the academic mission. It includes basic and applied research, scholarly publications and creative expression, and interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research. The university is home to excellent research infrastructure, including a dedicated research block with an area of 63000 sq. ft. that houses major research equipment and facilities for experimental research. The university is the first in the country to establish a Center for Genomics and Spatial Transcriptomics (STOMICS). The library, housed in an iconic building, is also a central part of our campus.

Shiv Nadar University Online provides courses at very low costs. However, one can pay their academic fees using easy-to-pay EMI installments. The no-cost EMI plans not only allow students to pay their entire tuition in manageable payments, but they also allow them to finance their education.

Shiv Nadar's online examination system offers online students the flexibility of giving examinations at designated centers or a preferred location of their choice through online proctoring.
Exams for all online programs at Shiv Nadar University are proctored online using cutting-edge technology. Internal and external examinations are part of the exam pattern. Internal (assignments) weightage is 30%, whereas external (end-of-term examinations) weightage is 70%.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from any of the recognized Universities, Deemed Universities, Institutions of National Importance or from a Professional Body including ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, etc.
Graduates with professional working experience will be preferred.
The program includes over 1000 learning hours and will be delivered through online platform. Once the candidate enrols into the program, they will get access to the online Learning Management System (LMS). In a structured and comprehensive manner, learning will be delivered to the participants by a mix of live, interactive and recorded classes by world-class faculty and industry experts involving discussions, peer to peer learning and hands-on learning. All learning material including case studies, reading material, videos, quizzes, projects etc. will all be available on the LMS.
On enrollment, Online students can access Shiv Nadar IoE's Learning Management System, Net ID, rich e-library resources, Technical Support, and Program Office Support.
